Product Description

The ULTRA hydrogen purifier makes the raw hydrogen pass through an adsorption tower soaked in liquid nitrogen. The impurities in the hydrogen are adsorbed due to solidification or liquefaction at low temperature, and the hydrogen still flows out in the form of gas. When the impurities in the adsorption tower accumulate to a certain amount, it needs to be regenerated.
Regeneration requires certain conditions for desorption and blowback. The desorption is carried out by heating the outside of the adsorption tower with nitrogen, and the back-blowing is realized by repeatedly injecting pure hydrogen into the pipeline to a certain pressure, then releasing it, and then pumping it out.
ULTRA hydrogen purifier includes two first, one for regeneration or standby, and the other for purification. The purification/regeneration process of the purifier is automatically controlled by PLC to ensure continuous purification of hydrogen. The purification time can last from several days to several months according to the hydrogen flow rate and the purity of raw hydrogen, and the regeneration time needs 10-20 hours.
