Kylin Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, is a high-tech company that has long focused on the research of hydrogen production through water electrolysis. Adhering to the concept of innovation-oriented and talent-first, the company has been deeply involved in the field of hydrogen energy for 15 years, making it one of the few veterans in the domestic hydrogen energy industry and has obtained over 30 unique invention patents and monographs. Over the years, the company has been working closely with the world's top five industrial gas companies, well-known semiconductor enterprises, and the top five power generation groups, providing high-end hydrogen production equipment and comprehensive hydrogen energy solutions.

After 14 months of unremitting efforts by all employees, the company has successfully developed a large-scale hydrogen production system (alkaline hydrogen production system with a single cell capacity of 500-1000 Nm³/h) suitable for renewable energy hydrogen production scenarios, based on its existing medium and small-scale systems. This product, with completely independent intellectual property rights, differs from traditional domestic alkaline technology routes. It is the world's first alkaline electrolysis system with high current density, small volume, high dynamic response, and a wide operating range of loads, perfectly coupled with the volatility of renewable energy. It fills in the domestic and international technological gaps, possessing the advantages of both proton exchange membrane (PEM) product performance and alkaline system market prices. Specifically, it exhibits seven key features:

1. High current density
The rated working current density is 8000A/m², which is more than 2.5 times the actual operating data of traditional alkaline technology.

2. Small volume and light weight
Under the same gas production capacity and power, the volume and weight of Kylin's hydrogen electrolysis cell are one-quarter of traditional alkaline cells, and the overall system occupies one-third of the area of traditional alkaline systems. Systems with a capacity of 1000 Nm³ or less can be delivered in containerized skid-mounted form.

3. High dynamic response
The load can be changed from 10% to 100% within 20 seconds, with a loading and unloading rate of 5% to 8% per second.

4. Wide operating range of loads
Stable, safe, and efficient operation can be achieved within a load range of 10% to 110%.

Dual frequency conversion technology

5. Dual frequency conversion technology enables off-grid hydrogen production perfectly coupled with renewable energy, with rapid fluctuation response on both the power supply side and the gas supply side. Its performance is comparable to domestic and international PEM hydrogen production systems.

6. Use of third-generation composite membranes
The latest third-generation composite membranes developed by Carbon Energy Technology are adopted, enabling the electrolysis cell to operate at any point between 8000A and 13500A per square meter.

7. High purity hydrogen and usable oxygen
The hydrogen produced by this system has a one-time outlet purity of 99.99%, and the oxygen has a one-time outlet purity of 99.9%. After purification, the hydrogen purity approaches 99.9999%.

However, Kylin Hydrogen Energy's technological iteration and research do not stop here. While introducing the above-mentioned features in mass-producible products, it is also conducting research and development on next-generation technologies, including but not limited to:

A large-scale electrolysis system with a single unit capacity of 2000 Nm³/h and 10MW, expected to be commissioned by the end of the year.

The development of a "square" matrix ultra-large electrolysis system with rapidly installable and replaceable unit cells.

While introducing its latest products, Kylin Hydrogen Energy is also expanding its production scale. Based on the existing 300MW production capacity of its factory, it continues to expand to achieve a GW-level production scale, absorbing local employment and creating more job opportunities, demonstrating Kylin Hydrogen Energy's social responsibility. In the market, it has established in-depth cooperation with several domestic central and state-owned enterprises, reaching intent orders of over 200MW. Abroad, it is cooperating with well-known hydrogen energy companies in Europe and the United States to promote and apply Kylin Hydrogen Energy's high-performance alkaline electrolysis cells with a capacity of 2.5MW or more, contributing to the construction of large-scale hydrogen energy bases worldwide!
