The design concept of high-flow hydrogen generators is to provide reliable and automatic gas supply services for a long time. Users should regularly clean the exterior of the instrument, replace the desiccant (discolored silica gel) in time, and add distilled water to prevent it from getting damp or coming into contact with special gases. It is also important to remember to unplug the power cord from the power socket before cleaning the equipment to ensure it is turned off. The following issues that may arise during the operation of high-flow hydrogen generators should be promptly addressed: During operation, if the compressor fails to start and the thermal protection relay is activated, it indicates that the compressor temperature is too high. After cooling, it will automatically return to normal.

The following issues that may arise during the operation of high-flow hydrogen generators should be promptly addressed:

During operation, if the compressor fails to start and the thermal protection relay is activated, it indicates that the compressor temperature is too high. After cooling, it will automatically return to normal.

Observe the discoloration of the silica gel through the observation window. Users can replace it with new silica gel or dry it according to needs. Since the compressor is an inductive load, the instantaneous current during power on and off is several times that of normal operation, and the fuse is more prone to melting. Therefore, an 8A fuse should be used.

To prevent excessive water in the machine from affecting air purity, it is necessary to press the drain switch for a few seconds before shutdown (the drain outlet can be connected to a plastic bottle to prevent water splashing), and the drainage should be done at least once a day.

As the compressor operates in an open-circuit mode, lubricants may be discharged from the machine along with water, leading to consumption. Therefore, after one year of use, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of lubricant to the compressor. The oil inlet is located next to the compressor outlet (or it can also be accessed through the inlet). It is recommended to add 200 grams of No. 18 refrigeration oil.

To ensure the purity of the gas, the instrument should be replaced with activated carbon (20-40 mesh, pencil core type) every 1000 hours of operation. The intake filter needs to be cleaned regularly (the frequency depends on the dust in the room, and ultrasonic cleaning can be used) to maintain unobstructed airflow. Failure to do so may easily cause excessive temperature rise of the compressor, increasing workload and heat generation. When the temperature is too high, overheating protection will be triggered, leading to shutdown.
